We are family owned.  Our vision is to apply our retirement savings into restoring worn townhomes and then making them available for honest, working families to call their homes. 

We respect our tenants -- they are individuals and families with their own lives and challenges, and not simply customers paying a rent check.  We also work closely with the neighbors and the neighborhood home owners association to find ways to help the community beyond increasing home values through home restoration.

Becasue we are interested in better homes and valued tenants, we do not flip properties for profit.  We are in this for the long term, committed to our neighborhoods and our tenants. 

Our properties are exclusively town homes.  We limit ourselves to townhomes because they provide the most living space -- the best value -- for working families. 

Our properties are neither the most elaborate in the area, nor are they the cheapest.  All are homes to be proud of -- safe, upgraded, great locations -- but without costly frills that would require higher rents.

Currently all of our properties have either three or four bedrooms and have at least two full baths.  Each property has a large storage area or a dedicated storage shed.
